Juice Department

Collaborative Recording

Juice Department was formed as a recording project between myself and friend and collaborator Thomas Briggs in 2018, as the product of years of previous collaboration. We both developed as musicians side by side in High School, and this side by side development was crucial to the success and continued existence of this project.

After High School, we both moved on to our respective schooling experiences, myself at Berklee College of Music, and him at Abbey Road Institute in London. This put a bit of a damper on the rate we were able to work together. But for the last 4 years, we've been working on an album with the help of our additional vocalist and songwriter, Natalie Metcalfe. This album contains years of recording, in environments ranging from basements in Massachusetts to Abbey Road Studios in London. 

This project has given me room to flourish as an independent musician focusing on marketing and promotion, and gave me experience shooting, coordinating, and editing video in a professional environment.
